There will also be a $10.00 fee for each chaperone to attend. We will be collecting money online. Money will ONLY be collected on line. Please go to the site listed below to pay. Payment is due by Friday, November 3rd. Refunds will not be given for this field trip. Attached permission form also needs to be signed and returned to school.
